We have the greatest pleasure of announcing the 8th Coaching Fellowship. Congratulations to all our incredible 52 new 2017 Cohort 1 Fellows from 21 countries! Based on the scale and scope of impact they are creating in the world, the fellows were selected from hundreds of applications and triumphed through a rigorous selection process.

Each Fellow will now receive three months of executive coaching so they may advance their leadership capabilities and increase their impact.

We’re proud to share a snapshot of just a few of our world-changing young women leaders from our new cohort:

Caroline Sutcliffe — Tbilisi, Georgia
Founder and Executive Director, Chai Khana

Caroline is the Founder and Executive Director of Chai Khana, an NGO working to promote confidence-building and support innovative media development across three conflict zones in the South Caucasus. She is passionate about civic activism, feminism and social entrepreneurship.

Emma Brooks — Toronto, Canada
Co-Founder, Camp Reset

Emma is a community builder. As Co-Founder and Co-Chair of Camp Reset (a summer camp and digital detox for adults), Emma is focused on creating a movement for play and wellness. Previously, she was extensively involved in establishing and growing TEDxToronto to be one of Canada’s top TEDx events.

Julia Bossmann — Woodside, USA
President, Foresight Institute

Julia Bossmann is the president of Foresight Institute, a leading non-profit for breakthrough technologies. She speaks on Artificial Intelligence, innovation, the future, and how technology transforms society. Julia serves on the Global Future Council at the World Economic Forum.

Meg Gray — San Francisco, USA

As the Director of Portfolio Operations at Kiva, Meg is focused on increasing efficiency to facilitate sustainable growth. Through a mix of process development, product management and testing new ideas, she loves making things work better, especially when alleviating poverty is the goal.

Noa Gafni Slaney — London, UK

Noa Gafni Slaney is the Founder and CEO of Impact Squared, which works with social causes to elevate their message, motivate people to act and evaluate their impact.

We are also happy to share that we are partnering with Google for Entrepreneur to support Xiaoyu Wang, Founder and CEO of CastBox, whose team was the winner at Google for Entrepreneur Demo Day Women’s Edition in November, 2016. Xiaoyu is joining us as a 2017 Cohort 1 fellow to receive three months of executive coaching.
